Sports Enrichment Trainer (Full-Time)The Role As a sports enrichment trainer, you will be part of a cohesive team passionate about fencing and character development. You will have an opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of children and youth by serving as their role model in our programmes focused on sportsmanship, fun, skill development and character strength development. The position, which provides much learning and training opportunities, is demanding and requires a professional level of commitment. No fencing experience is required — we'll provide full training. What matters most is your passion, humility, and drive to learn. It\'s not work, it\'s a calling - to work with kids to help them become better people through focus, discipline, and determination. We call these the Character Strengths and Habits of Success. Job Description Conduct fencing lessons for children and youth, focusing on skill, sportsmanship, and character development. Implement and supervise programmes for children between 4 to 16 years old. Mentor and motivate students to achieve both personal and sporting goals. Track and report on students' fitness progress and achievements. Establish rapport and communicate regularly with parents and teammates. Able to support day-to-day operations. Any other duties as required by the supervisor. Requirements & Skills Individuals who believe in the role of sports in shaping character and life success. Have good communication skills and a genuine love for working with children and youth. Knowledge in sports science or management, fitness or early childhood, character education, or a strong interest and plan to pursue these areas as your next career move if you are from a different field. Enthusiastic, outgoing and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills Hardworking, honest, humble, positive attitude, hungry to learn and eager to help others achieve their best. IT proficient in PC office applications (Ms Excel, Word and Powerpoint). 5-days' work week, must work weekends and shift hours.
