**What you will be working on**
- Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage stakeholders and like-minded organisations/ parent communities who believe in Active Parents and Nurture Kids’ work and amplify our effort and initiatives
- Contribute to Active Parents’ content planning and creation, coordinate and operationalise delivery efforts with vendors, partners and internal stakeholders for range of platforms
- Design and manage integrated media campaigns aligned with Active Parents’ business goals
- Lead and manage Active Parents and Nurture Kids’ outreach activations, websites and social media platform, including generating traffic, converting leads and growing engagement to build the brand awareness and attract new members
- Lead integrated marketing communications including online and offline branding, publicity and outreach efforts and overall execution of Active Parents and Nurture Kids’ initiatives
- Identify and engage stakeholders and like-minded organisations who believe in Active Parents’ mission to co-create programmes and initiatives
- Lead the programme and initiative design with respective partners, incorporating Active Parents’ design principles to achieve a win-win outcome for all
- Manage the overall programme development and operations and ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements:
As part of the Children & Youth Programme Development Division in the Sport Development Group, this role will be responsible for leading digital content production, marketing communications as well as digital asset management and operations for our B2B and B2C stakeholders/target audience i.e., parents, preschools, educators etc. This role is also responsible for leading the outreach initiatives for our programmes and support programme development with like-minded partners to increase opportunities for children, youth and parents to participate in sport.

- BA/BSc in Communications / Arts and Social Sciences / Marketing or relevant field
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in the following domains:

- Digital content planning and creation, copywriting/editing and similar roles (portfolio would be requested)
- Digital content publication, CMS management, marketing campaigns, promotion and audience engagement on website and social media e.g., SEO optimisation, paid ads
- Integrated marketing campaigns and efforts with online and offline deliverables
- In-person outreach initiatives such as roadshows
- Partners, vendors and internal stakeholder management
- Experience in visual communications principles, able to create effective communications materials independently.
- Proficiency in artwork/infographic design/video editing for socials - Photoshop, Canva, etc would be advantageous
- Past experience /credentials in phygital programme design, outreach initiatives and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong command of English, written and spoken for public communications
- Relevant experience in event/programme planning, development, and execution; and working with children/parents/educators would be advantageous
- Team player, within team and across organization
- Self-starter & able to work independently
