Job description:

Key Responsibilities


• Sales & Marketing: Promote poultry products to retailers, wholesalers, restaurants, and sometimes directly to consumers.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and seek out new business opportunities.

• Product Knowledge: Understand different poultry breeds, cuts, processing methods, and quality standards.

• Order Management: Take and process orders, ensure timely delivery, and handle any issues related to logistics or product quality.

• Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies.

• Compliance: Ensure all products meet health, safety, and regulatory standards

Key Requirements


• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of poultry farming and processing

• Customer service orientation

• Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
