Admin Officer

Responsibilities:
- Keep track and compile monthly administration reports
- Purchase and sourcing office stationeries, general materials and equipment
- Provide general information and memoranda
- Schedule appointments and arrange transport
- Ensure maintenance of proper record and filing system in department
- To work with the various stakeholders of the project and the various departments in headquarters
- Handle the site office administration, such as but not limited to maintenance of site office equipment and facilities for the continuous and uninterrupted operations while maintaining the office to be a conducive working environment, etc
- Manage and facilitate Project Staff and Workers related matters, such as staff and workers' attendance, accommodation/dormitory related issues, training, leave applications, workers' payroll, etc.
- Other ad hoc administrative support
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in business administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Construction industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and records keeping
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attentive to details
- Good written and oral communication skills and a team player
- Must be able to work in the east (Loyang, Changi)
- Candidate that are able to start work immediate would be an added advantage
