Admin Assistant

Job Duties:
- Issue admin paperwork such as Delivery Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes, Statement of Accounts, Payment Vouchers and other relevant documents
- Assist to handle enquiries via phone call, email and WhatsApp
- Submission of worker and vehicle list / licenses to venue owners / clients
- Update and maintain Accounts Receivable and Account Payables
- Prepare monthly payment to suppliers
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the management
- Maintain and update jobs / appointments in the calendar
- Arrange / coordinate / make booking with supplier on ad-hoc transport and logistics bookings for events
- Basic HR duties: petty cash, calculation of workers OT and payroll
Requirements:
- Salary commensurate with experience
- Proficient with MS Office
- Possess good organisational skills, ability to prioritise and demonstrate attention to details
- 5-day week + Alternate Saturdays (half day)
- Able to correspond with Chinese speaking associates and employees
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2, $3,000.00 per month
