We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Account Cum Admin Assistant to join our team in the 105 Airport Cargo Road . This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day administrative tasks.
What you'll be doing
- Responsibilities:
- Handle AP matters like payment and invoice processing
- Handle AR matters like cash and cheques collection processing
- Data entry
- Assist in debtors control
- Assist in preparing reports e.g. GST, debtors aging etc
- General administration duties
- Any other duties as assigned by superior
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Cum Admin Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
