Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Manager in handling day-to-day operations, including document organization, filing, maintaining records etc
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients to ensure that clients' queries and requirements are met
- Coordinate collection and delivery arrangements with clients through email, messages, calls
- Collaborate with the technical department to schedule and allocate manpower
- Maintain and update project databases to ensure accurate and current information
- Monitor and follow up on workflow processes within the administration department
- Issue delivery orders, packing lists, invoices and reports, and ensure timely distribution of these documents
- Ability to work effectively in situations requiring confidentiality and adaptability
- Provide support to team members
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
- Min. NITEC
- One Saturday (half day) Every three weeks
