Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Manager in handling day-to-day operations, including document organization, filing, maintaining records etc
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients to ensure that clients' queries and requirements are met
  • Coordinate collection and delivery arrangements with clients through email, messages, calls
  • Collaborate with the technical department to schedule and allocate manpower
  • Maintain and update project databases to ensure accurate and current information
  • Monitor and follow up on workflow processes within the administration department
  • Issue delivery orders, packing lists, invoices and reports, and ensure timely distribution of these documents
  • Ability to work effectively in situations requiring confidentiality and adaptability
  • Provide support to team members
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
