About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Contract and Engineer to join our team at Rotork Controls (Singapore) Pte Ltd. This full-time position is based in the North-East Region and will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and providing technical expertise to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and process customer orders, quotes, and contracts in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Provide technical support and advice to customers on our range of products and solutions
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer orders and contracts
  5. Assist with the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks as required
  6. Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and market changes

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an inside sales or customer service role, preferably within the sales and engineering industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of sales processes, contract management, and customer support
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
  4. Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite
  5. Good problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer needs
  6. A team player with a proactive and adaptable approach to work
