Job scope:

i Drive research and development in leadership, assessment and organisational development to enhance employee engagement

ii Supports implementation of organisational development initiatives (e.g., change management, leadership and assessment initiatives) to improve organisational effectiveness

iii Support team in other psychological services and ad hoc work tasks as directed by Dir IPD

Requirements:

i Degree in psychology, Having relevant work experience will be an advantage

ii Good organisational, analytical and planning skills

iii Good interpersonal and communication skills

iv Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R)
