Assessment Psychologist

Location: Lavender

11 Months Contract

Salary: $3950

Job Responsibility:

  • Front personnel selection efforts by coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver psychometric test user support for candidates
  • Generate scoring of psychometric test results and provide behavioral observations of candidates to assist selection
  • Timely update of assessment database system to facilitate successful operation of psychometric testing functions
  • Support team in other psychological services and ad hoc work tasks as directed by Director

Entry Requirements

  • Attained at least a university degree or above, preferably in Psychology, and of good academic standing
  • Has a keen interest in work relating to providing psychological services within an organisation
  • Has an eye for detail and is generally meticulous
  • Able to work independently and can be a supporting role in team projects
