Central Region, Singapore Private Advertiser Full time $4,000 - $6,000 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing of sales orders for Local and Regional sales team (including e-commerce platforms).
  • Preparation of shipping documents for custom clearance such as commercial Invoice, Packing List, certificate of origin from Chinese Chamber, Cert. of Quality, Form D, and etc.
  • Preparation and monitoring on Letter of Credit verifications.
  • Updating of products inventories on E-commerce platforms.
  • Maintenance and updating stock allocation sheet.
  • Liaison with factories, forwarders and customers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist on Accounts Receivable monitoring for payment and credit limits.
  • Preparation of documentation for Sales & Marketing events.
  • Preparation and maintenance of Goods Return & Exchange documents for faulty sets.
  • Address customer inquiries and manage relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assists in resolving any issues or delays that arise during the shipping and delivery process.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must possess at least a minimum 'N' level or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 2 to 3 years related working experience in sales admin or customer service support.
  • Experience with import/ export and shipping related operations is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of Import & Export Documentation and Procedures.
  • Good working knowledge of Letter of Credit is an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of SAP system is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work on alternate Saturday and late during month end, when required.
  • Ability to work independent and fast pace environment.
