Responsibilities:

  • Support the custodian of the clinical registry and maintain the database for effective outcome tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to Singapore guidelines for Good Clinical Practice and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Prepare applications for the Domain Specific Review Board and manage ongoing amendments.
  • Review participant inclusion/exclusion criteria collaboratively with the custodian.
  • Clearly communicate data collection objectives to participants and secure informed consent.
  • Monitor participant outcomes, track follow-up visits, and ensure timely data collection post-surgery.
  • Compile data for research studies conducted by medical professionals.
  • Validate participant assessments for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure the consistency of data entered into the database with source documents.
  • Maintain organized records of all documents related to the registry, including regulatory communications and patient logs.
  • Present monthly reports and clinical indicators to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in ward rounds, lectures, courses, and seminars as necessary.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or a diploma/post-basic qualification in medical/surgical nursing.
  • Prior experience in patient care is preferred.
  • Demonstrated clinical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
