Our client is seeking a motivated Senior Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support their research initiatives in collaboration with the Principal Investigator (PI), study team members, and the Family Medicine Development (FMD) team. The CRC will play a pivotal role in managing projects within general practice settings, including participant recruitment, data collection and management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

This role may involve liaising with personnel from partnering institutions to ensure the successful and timely completion of research studies.

Key Responsibilities:

Study Management

  • Coordinate all aspects of research projects from start-up to close-out
  • Prepare and maintain regulatory documents
  • Manage study timelines and ensure milestones are met

Participant Recruitment and Management

  • Screen and recruit potential study participants
  • Obtain informed consent from participants

Data Collection and Management

  • Collect, record, and manage study data accurately
  • Ensure data integrity and quality
  • Enter data into electronic data capture systems
  • Assist in resolving data queries

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to IRB guidelines
  • Maintain compliance with institutional, local, and federal regulations
  • Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date study files
  • Track budget utilization and process patient reimbursements
  • Assist the PI in preparation of study-related presentations and materials
  • Organize regular meetings for the research team and collaborating sites

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, or related field
  • Preferably some experience in a healthcare or clinical research setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and focused
