Summary:
We're hiring an Operations Support Executive to assist with the coordination and allocation of community sports facilities, supporting both customer service and backend operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring fair and efficient access to public recreational venues across Singapore. Candidates with strong customer service experience and Excel skills are welcome; accounting knowledge is preferred but not mandatory. The role involves on-site interviews and may require occasional weekend work, subject to operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate facility bookings for organizations and key stakeholders, ensuring proper allocation based on established guidelines.
- Generate and analyse data to support management's decision-making for facility usage and planning.
- Handle customer inquiries, booking conflicts, and ensure compliance with booking policies.
- Manage full booking workflows, including payment collection, Excel tracking, and user administration.
- Maintain mailbox communications and respond promptly to booking requests and issues.
- Prepare presentation decks and documentation to support stakeholder briefings and internal approvals.
- Support system testing and help maintain SOPs for operational improvements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative operations.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., tracking payments, maintaining records).
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in resolving issues.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work occasional weekends if needed.
- Prior experience in facility booking or operations is an advantage.
- Contribute to Singapore's active lifestyle and inclusive facility access.
