As a Customer Service Officer in our Front Office team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Front Office operations.
- Check in / Check out Guests.
- Collection and settlement of payment.
- Check and confirm Reservations.
- Updating of Room Availability of different Room Types and Room Rates.
- Provide service to Guests about Enquiries on Major City Attractions, Events, Facilities, other information etc.
- Ensure and monitor the availability of rooms meeting the need of the operation.
- Check guest ledger and ensure all direct billing folios are authorised and proper correspondences.
- Provide informations about the hotel products and its services.
- Manage reservations and room assignment activities.
Job Requirements
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, maintain positive guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
- Perform all other adhoc duties as and when required.
- Willing to take on rotating shifts jobs including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
**Salary**: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
