Customer Service Officer (CSO)
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, calls, needs and feedbacks promptly
- Scheduling of appointments, confirmation and make follow-up calls with customers
- Handle documentations
- Generation of daily reports
- Issuing of invoices and service rendering
- Provide administrative support
- Perform other duties as maybe assigned by superior from time to time
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experiences
- Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Conscientious in following up with customers and must be approachable
- PC Knowledge
- Willing to work 6 day work week and retail hour
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,100.00 - $2,500.00 per month
