Job Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors to meet company requirements.
- Handle daily operational purchasing needs, including planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders (POs), delivery schedules, and shipment timelines.
- Coordinate and arrange shipments for local and overseas customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Support Sales team activities by assisting with customer enquiries and ensuring that product supply aligns with customer needs.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing and logistics management, preferably in the import/export industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both local and overseas vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- At least 1 year of experience in the procurement industry. Entry level candidates with the right attitude are also welcome to apply.
