Our client is one of the well-known retail companies in Singapore. They are looking for Admin Coordinator to join their team

Job Details:

  • Salary: $2500 - $2800 (Depends on experiences)
  • Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am -5.30pm
  • Working Location: AMK
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including Vlook Up and Pivot Table

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in coordinate and liaise with retail outlets to ensure the adequate stock levels
  • Responsible in handle the retail operation paperworks such as vendor communication and purchase order management.
  • Responsible in preparation of the documents including sales and inventory reports
  • Responsible for the administrative duties including filing, data entry and handle invoices
  • Responsible in update and monitor the product database and catalogues accurately.
  • Coordinate with the teams to support the merchandise planning and execution
  • Monitor product performance and make recommendations for pricing adjustments or promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and procurement.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to shipping, invoicing, and order discrepancies.

Job Requirements:

  • Min NiTEC in related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including Vlook Up and Pivot Table will be an added advantage
