Key Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders; coordinate dispatch with couriers to meet delivery timelines.
  • Receive, issue, and record stock movements; perform daily stock counts and routine cycle checks.
  • Manage inventory control and stock in/out tracking; update e-commerce/ERP systems accurately.
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document printing; prepare Delivery Orders and Goods Return Notes.
  • Update product listings and order statuses on e-commerce platforms; verify order details.
  • Liaise with suppliers, dealers, operations, and admin on orders, deliveries, feedback, and payments.
  • Prepare and update inventory reports; maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance.
  • Load, unload, and transport goods safely as required.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Secondary (N/O Level) or equivalent; higher education welcome.
  • Prior experience in warehouse/store operations or inventory admin preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with accurate data entry.
  • Able to work independently and as a team; communicates clearly.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or warehouse systems is good to have.
