We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our warehouse runs efficiently and that all inventory is tracked accurately from arrival to dispatch. If you're organised, proactive, and thrive in a structured environment, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

    1. Prepare and print incoming stock label
    1. Check warehouse inventory to locate stock, confirm balance quantities
    1. Coordinate and issue stock transfers to production, update transfer qty in WMS
    1. Check product cost and selling price when require
    1. Allocate stock for daily sales orders
    1. Order processing in WMS for GC
    1. WMS stock receiving
    1. Propose alternative products when OOS

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year ore more of experience in warehouse or inventory control (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
