Job Description:
Join our government client as a Admin Assistant, where you will support the team in encouraging taxpayers to fulfill their obligations through digital platforms and services.
Location: Central Region, Singapore (Near Novena MRT)
Salary & Working Hours
- Hourly Rate: $13.60 per hour
- Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to taxpayers via email and phone.
- Guide and encourage taxpayers to use e-services and chat support.
- Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Committed to Monday–Friday office hours (8.30am – 5.30pm).
- Willing to commit to a 3-month contract role. (Renewable)
