Customer Service Executive

Salary and working arrangement:

• $13.60 per hour
• 3 months contract renewable
• Mon - Fri
• 8.30am - 5.30pm
• 2 weeks of classroom training provided
• Attire: Smart Casual
• Qualification: GCE A lvl or Diploma and above.
• Location: Revenue House (Near Novena MRT)

Job Description:

• As temporary staff, you effectively encourage the fulfillment of tax obligations through our digital services and help build a socially responsible taxpaying community.
• Providing assistance to taxpayers via email and/or call
• Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-services and chatbot

Please note that although this role is not front facing, you may be expected to contact taxpayers via emails mostly.
