Our client is seeking a Product Sales Manager/Specialist to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Product Strategy: Develop presentation materials and conduct training to partner sales teams, creating competitive strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize appropriate tools to track business performance and external factors, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct pricing and competitor studies, collaborating with internal marketing to champion programs and events that drive product success.
  • Product Development: Lead and implement product development initiatives, shaping the future of our offerings.
  • Partner Management: Proactively develop and manage channel partnerships, fostering business relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Sales Support: Prepare quotations for channel partners and manage inquiries, feedback, and operational issues to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Vendor Relations: Oversee assigned product vendors, maintaining strong relationships to support business growth.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Candidates with a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent fields are encouraged to apply.
  • Industry Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience in the I.T. System Integrator or I.T. Distributor space is preferred, but candidates with no prior experience are also welcomed to apply.
  • Self-Starter: The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in managing opportunities independently.
  • Track Record: A history of effective sales planning and exceeding targets is valued, but we're also open to those eager to build these skills.
  • Personality Traits: We're looking for result-oriented, sociable, and self-motivated individuals who enjoy building business relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sales in the ICT industry is beneficial, but we're willing to support your growth in this area.
