We are looking for a proactive and organized Training & Administrative Coordinator to support the smooth execution of training programmes and related administrative functions. This role involves coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, and providing on-site support to ensure successful training delivery.

The Opportunity:
  • Our client, Singapore Statutory Board
  • Working Location: One North proximity
  • Salary: $2,212 to $2,986
  • Working hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:30am-6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am-5:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training logistics including venue booking, room setup, and equipment preparation.
  • Manage pre-course arrangements such as signage, materials, and resource checks.
  • Provide on-site assistance during training events to ensure seamless operations.
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely service delivery and resolve issues.
  • Handle administrative tasks including registration processing, attendance tracking, and provider coordination.
  • Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'A' Level or equivalent, preferably in HR, People Development, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
