Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide essential administrative and operational support across various HR functions, ensuring efficient service delivery to employees and stakeholders across both office and retail teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Systems and Data Management

  • Maintain and update employee data in SAP HR for both office and retail populations.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports for internal stakeholders.

2. Onboarding and Offboarding Support

  • Coordinate onboarding logistics (documentation, system access, welcome kits, etc.).
  • Support exit processes including clearance, system termination, and final documentation.

3. Employee Welfare

  • Administer employee welfare programs, such as:

  • Insurance enrolment and updates.

  • Health screening arrangements.
  • Issuance of HR letters (e.g. for visa applications, Permanent Residency, etc.)

4. Benefits Administration

  • Support product benefit programs, including quota tracking and deduction.
  • Assist in administering long service awards, leave programs, and benefit in kinds.

5. General enquiries

  • Monitor and respond to employee queries.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate access issue to company system.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in HR administrative support and coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) or similar HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with internal/external stakeholders of different levels.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
