Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, training coordination, staff welfare management, and administrative functions. The role ensures smooth HR processes and contributes to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
- Oversee staff dormitory arrangements and ensure proper maintenance and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Administer staff leave records and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Support general HR administrative duties and participate in HR-related projects or activities as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
