Executive – Primary Care Network Operations (8-Month Maternity Cover)

Location: One North

Salary: Up to $3,650 (based on experience)

Duration: 8 months maternity cover, with possible extension

Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30am–6:00pm, Fri 8:30am–5:30pm

Role Overview:

Support operations, onboarding, fund management, data reporting, and team coordination within the Primary Care Network, ensuring smooth workflows and accurate reporting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations

• Conduct background checks and onboard healthcare partners

• Schedule engagement sessions and facilitate onboarding/application processes

• Maintain partner master list and track movements against internal database

• Establish referral workflows with clinics and serve as POC between partners, clinic staff, and admin

• Coordinate with external service providers and schedule meetings with key stakeholders, preparing agendas and providing secretariat support

Funds Management

• Verify invoices and raise payment requests for partners and service providers

• Provide supporting documents for claims and resolve billing discrepancies

• Liaise with finance teams and service providers on payment and billing matters

Data Generation & Reporting

• Track service workloads and related operational metrics

• Verify monthly reports and invoice data accuracy

• Submit annual registry data and generate performance reports

• Prepare required data for ad hoc reporting needs

Team Management

• Support team members with leave planning, roster management, and operational maintenance

• Gather feedback on workflows, partner engagement, and ground issues

• Guide junior staff and foster teamwork and collaboration

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
