Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert sports massage therapy tailored to individual needs, with a focus on injury prevention, recovery, and performance optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering personalized treatment plans and advice.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for stretches, self-care practices, and rehabilitation exercises.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, research, and new techniques in sports massage therapy.
  • Contribute to the overall growth of the business by creating a positive, professional experience for every client.
  • Help shape the future of our wellness programs and client services as we expand.
  • Ensure a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained treatment space.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience providing sports massage therapy, especially with a focus on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
  • Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and effective massage techniques.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their physical goals.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
  • Self-starter mentality with a desire to be part of a fast-growing start-up.
  • Ability to thrive in an innovative, flexible, and team-oriented environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience working with athletes of various skill levels (from amateurs to pros).
  • Additional certifications or training in specialized techniques like myofascial release or deep tissue therapy or advanced stretching techniques.
