WINGS is Singapore's first intensive therapy centre and one of the very few in Asia and Globally, offering transformative programmes for infants, children, and young adults with diverse developmental needs. We're looking for passionate Therapy Assistants to join our vibrant, multidisciplinary team.

At WINGS, you'll work alongside experienced Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists in a collaborative, high-impact environment that values compassion, innovation, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support therapists in administering therapy sessions
  • Motivate patients to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Maintain therapy spaces and equipment
  • Assist with clinic housekeeping and administrative tasks
  • Document patient care services accurately
  • Provide ad-hoc support to therapists and contribute to smooth clinic operations
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Background in sports science/fitness or the desire to pursue a career in physiotherapy/ occupational therapy is an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Positive, client-centred mindset with ethical care values
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting
