Overview:

This role provides restorative care and nurtures the well-being of elderly clients by assisting in rehabilitative and therapy activities, working closely with Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to support clients' functional independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized restorative care in accordance with clients' care plans
  • Conduct group activities such as exercise, cognitive, and leisure sessions
  • Deliver individual maintenance rehab programs for clients
  • Assist therapists during therapy and rehab sessions
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies inventory; ensure proper upkeep
  • Set up treatment areas and ensure therapy rooms are clean and organized
  • Assist with simple administrative duties
  • Participate in company outreach events, community programs, and outings as needed

Requirements:

  • WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy) or equivalent qualification
  • Service-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic IT literacy
  • Able to work on Saturdays when required
