Our esteemed client is looking for Therapy Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist therapists in preparing and supervising patients during therapeutic exercises and activities.
  • Prepare treatment areas such as gyms and clinics for patient use.
  • Set up modalities and therapeutic equipment, providing supervision for patients using them.
  • Support the conduct of group therapy exercises under therapist supervision.
  • Maintain cleanliness in therapy areas and assist with related duties.
  • Facilitate transportation for patients to and from the therapy department, including portering when required.
  • Oversee the responsibilities of healthcare attendants in the rehabilitation area.
  • Conduct inventory checks on equipment and supplies, managing inventory lists efficiently.
  • Handle photocopying, filing, binding, and distribution of necessary documents and forms.
  • Perform basic data entry duties and manage data retrieval with relevant software.
  • Maintain therapeutic equipment and devices in optimal condition.
  • Assist in the orientation and training of new therapy assistants.
  • Manage inquiries and phone calls, effectively recording and conveying messages.

Requirement:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' level qualification.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on patient care.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a supportive environment.
