Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare clients, materials, and equipment for assessments or therapy sessions.
  • Assist therapists in carrying out exercises and activities, including group therapy sessions.
  • Conduct basic or routine group therapy activities under supervision.
  • Support therapists during client assessments and treatment sessions.
  • Communicate therapy session details and progress to therapists and relevant associates.
  • Assist in specialized therapy areas or clinical programs as directed by therapists.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE "O" or "N" Level with a Higher Certificate in Healthcare (Therapy Support) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a healthcare or therapy support setting.
  • Strong service orientation with empathy, patience, and good listening skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
