This role blends hands-on stretching, skin health rituals, and hospitality to deliver transformative experiences for our members.

If you have a background in massage, skin therapy, body treatments, or wellness coaching, we would love to meet you. Candidates with prior professional experience will have a strong advantage. Skilled beauticians are also welcome, with full training provided to expand into advanced wellness techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Therapeutic Treatments and Skin Health

  • Perform hands-on treatments for the face and body, including lymphatic massage, sculpting, tension release, and restorative techniques
  • Guide guests through face yoga, posture activation, and breath-based relaxation sessions in both one-to-one and small group formats
  • Educate members on daily rituals that enhance recovery, skin vitality, and overall wellness

Stretching and Body Recovery

  • Provide tailored stretching and mobility sessions for posture, flexibility, and performance support
  • Apply gentle myofascial release and body alignment techniques

Guest Experience and Hosting

  • Welcome and guide members through their personalised REKOOP journeys
  • Facilitate smooth check-in, treatment setup, and after-session care
  • Share knowledge of our therapies and recommend experiences that best support each guest's goals

What We Are Looking For

  • Certification in massage therapy, skin therapy, bodywork, or a related field
  • Minimum two years of hands-on experience preferred
  • Additional training or certification in face yoga, manual massage, or holistic treatments is an advantage
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification, or willingness to obtain within three months
  • Strong communication and guest engagement skills
  • Passion for wellness and creating premium guest experiences
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
