About the role

Optimal Health Group is seeking passionate assistant/trainee therapists to join our fast growing team in the Orchard Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for assisting our senior therapists in providing high-quality natural therapies and delivering engaging training programs to our personal and B2B clients. Your passion for holistic wellness will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve their health and wellbeing goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist Senior Therapists in conducting consultations with clients.
  • Fast learning Assistants will progress to handling their own clients directly.
  • Provide a range of non-invasive Bioresonance Therapy
  • Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs
  • Develop and lead engaging training programs on topics such as meditation, nutrition, and stress management
  • Collaborate with the wider wellness team to deliver integrated, holistic care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in natural and complimentary medicine

What we're looking for

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients
  • Passion for holistic wellness and a commitment to helping others achieve their health goals
  • Prior experience and educational background in Wellness , Nutrition, Aesthetics , Medical, Spa/Massage , TCM etc therapy a bonus but not essential (right attitude and willingness to learn and grow fast with us is important)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Singapore Permanent Residents or Citizens only
  • Candidates that are available immediately or in September 2025.

Where you will be working

You will be working in the middle or Central Orchard at 111 Somerset , know as a Centre of Excellence for Wellness, Aesthetics and Medical Suites. The building is located minutes away from public transport with a busy mall downstairs with a great selection of favourite hawkers , healthy food choices and niche restaurants and Somerset Medical Suites , including a green foyer located at Level 5.
