Osteopath

Job Summary:

Healing Hands Chiropractic is expanding its allied health services and is seeking a qualified Osteopath to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about holistic musculoskeletal care and work alongside our chiropractors, to support patients in their healing and wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal disorders using osteopathic manual therapy techniques (e.g., myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, cranial-sacral therapy, HVLA)
• Create customised treatment and rehabilitation plans based on patient needs, lifestyle, and goals
• Collaborate with chiropractors and other therapists to ensure integrated and coordinated care
• Educate patients on postural habits, injury prevention, ergonomic practices, and self-care strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with MOH and clinic standards
• Participate in internal case reviews, wellness workshops, or patient education events (optional)
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and professional conduct in all treatments

Requirements:

• Recognised Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Osteopathy from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in private practice or integrative wellness settings preferred
• Demonstrated skill in both structural and functional osteopathic techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a caring, patient-centric approach
• Comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Registered with relevant osteopathy board in home country (if foreign-trained)
• Willing to work weekends or rotate across branches (where required)

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience treating chronic pain, postural dysfunction, sports injuries, and pre/post-natal clients
• Familiarity with patient education, ergonomic training, or wellness coaching
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients or another local language (an advantage)

Remuneration:

Salary Range is SGD 80, SGD 150,000.00 with commission
