Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator/Executive to support the Program Manager in driving semiconductor manufacturing projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and a hands-on approach to ensure programs are executed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Program Manager in planning, tracking, and executing semiconductor programs.
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, escalating concerns to the Program Manager as needed.
  • Support ad-hoc program-related tasks and initiatives to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Ensure all program documentation, records, and communications are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned by direct superior.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project/program coordination in semiconductor manufacturing or a related technical environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on-site at Changi North Crescent.
