Program Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop a deep understanding of our logistics program, bridging various business units and identifying business opportunities.
- Regularly engage with customers through weekly scorecard reviews, monthly safety and continuous improvement (CIP) meetings, KPI evaluations, and strategic business reviews.
- Lead and/or participate in CIPs and ad hoc projects focused on workplace safety, automation, process optimization, quality enhancements, productivity improvements, and data-driven initiatives.
- Oversee short
- and long-term projects (6 months to 10 years), ensuring successful planning and execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagements and project-related discussions.
- Lead staff training and career development initiatives.
- Simultaneously manage multiple CIPs and projects, maintaining timelines and delivering on objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management).
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a contract logistics leadership role.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Ability to clearly communicate operational concepts to non-operational audiences.
- Strong customer service orientation with diplomacy and tact.
- Skilled in budgeting and resource management.
- Proficiency in project management, with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including data analytics and visualization.
