Our client is seeking a Program Manager (Manufacturing // Semiconductor) to join their team

Our client is a fast-growing manufacturer serving the semiconductor, life sciences, medical, aerospace, and other industries. With operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and China, our client is committed to providing ultra-precision, complex mechatronics, and advanced materials solutions.

What you'll be doing?
  • Project Planning: Craft detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main liaison for project communications, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate project risks and devise strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all project outputs meet the highest quality benchmarks, implementing necessary control measures.
  • Budget Oversight: Keep a close eye on project finances, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate project records and deliver regular updates to key stakeholders.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on semiconductor or related sectors.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8:15am - 6pm
  • Location: Changi North
  • Salary: $6000 - $8000
