Participate in BIM Modelling support to civil & structural engineering projects.
- Incorporate incoming information from the external parties.
- Overlaying and identifying coordination/interface issues.
- Manage coordination conflicts with the design teams.
- Prepare information and model compliance to the Project scope, such as BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Level of Information require, Model Production Deliverable Table (MPDT), Plain Language Report and COBIE data set etc.
- Attend multi-parties BIM coordination meetings.
- Provide guidance and training to BIM modellers.
- Create Civil 3D customized subassemblies, Revit Families and CAD blocks.
- Setting up project base files, ensures compliance with the approved BIM Execution, BIM Scope Plans and CAD standards.
- Obtain work assignments of BIM Modelling from planners or designers.
- Prepare authorities’ submission drawings, forms, and documents.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of assignments when adhering to deadlines.
- Proficient use of BIM technologies both in the cloud and managed systems to integrate Project Information Model (PIM).
- Organize the project documentation in the cloud working environment systematically.
- Demonstrate proactive approach to learning of new digital design tools.
- Provide an accurate accounting of time spent on projects with descriptions for each time entry on a weekly basis.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably a degree in Architecture, Engineering and Construction Industry (AEC) / specialist diploma in BIM.
- 3 years of BIM coordination experience.
- Knowledge and proven track record in Autodesk Civil3D, Revit and related Building Information Modeling software.
- Demonstrate a reliable, responsive, and positive work ethic with the highest degree of integrity.
- Ability to develop learning material, deliver effective training and provide ongoing education.
- Good interpersonal skills and self-discipline.

This position is a 3-year contract with possibility of renewal.
