PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The goal of the team is to apply our knowledge of supply chain processes coupled with Futures' tool set to help our customers reduce operating costs, eliminate waste, improve efficiencies, evaluate current processes, refine, and introduce new ideas while also improving Futures' competitive positioning and increasing revenue growth in the account.

JOB CONTENT:

  • Provide help desk type support to field sales, Supply Chain Managers and customers for existing supply chain programs
  • Investigate & resolve order processing issues (bomb-outs) to ensure timely shipment
  • Assist in the coordination of new supply chain implementations with internal departments (BIM/BAC/Consignment/EC Coordination)
  • Manage/update e-mail distribution list for supply chain reports
  • Manage/update authorized senders database for MRP Share program
  • Download waterfall reports from CRM as required by the sales teams
  • Submit customer installation profiles to EC Coordination for new FIRST installations
  • Maintain a high level of visibility within CCFSC/PGCC to provide direct communication between Inside Sales and Supply Chain teams
  • Provide focused attention and guidance to CCFSC/PGCC relative to supporting various supply chain programs and processes.
  • Provide guidance/support to sales team relative to the Error Gate process
  • Improve response time addressing daily e-commerce production issues thereby preventing shipment delays, reducing issue resolution turnaround and ensuring user confidence with automated transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for improving &/or optimizing an automated release solution
  • Perform preliminary and on-going FIRST v7 set-ups in preparation for customer launch
  • Provide various follow-up information to internal & external customers as required by the Supply Chain Manager

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Diploma or Degree qualification in a relevant field of study
  • 2 years of prior relevant working experience is highly advantageous for this position.
  • Microsoft office proficient (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Capable of working with spreadsheets to perform VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.
