Production Coordinator

Your role is to support the documentary team's planning, development and production work from a PMD standpoint, answering to the Production Manager on each project. You will work with a project's PM and Producers to ensure that IFA's team deliver documentary shows on time and to budget, at all stages, from development, through scheduling, to budget, to handling of contracting matters.

You will be coordinating the smooth running of PMD matters for a range of projects at any one time, working with the in-house team and with contracted freelance staff. You may be required to travel and be on set if the need arises. You will assist the PM and the IFA finance team to ensure each team handles the project deliverables correctly and on time. This is an operational position. The role is based in Singapore.

You are a team player who operates in a fast paced environment. You are proactive, have experience handling communication with clients and vendors, have good people and social skills and have high attention to detail. You have good computer skills, particularly excel and G-suites. The IFA team is constantly working on multiple projects so it is the PMD's role to stay aware of missing items and follow up with the client and vendors.
