**GENERAL SUMMARY**
The **Coordinator, Loyalty** will assist in the project management and execution of loyalty marketing and operations efforts. This position supports communication, customer acquisition, service, and engagement through all channels.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate hotel training, enrollment initiatives, offers, and collateral orders
- Coordinate I Prefer VIP offers, working with hotels on offer details and campaign input
- Support Manager, Loyalty Service in the administration and organization of the post-stay surveys and other insights-based work
- Coordinate I Prefer auctions, working with hotels on product details
- Support PHG social media channels from a brand perspective: work with Social Media team to provide content related to I Prefer campaigns, program messaging, and program engagement to build awareness, gain new loyalty members, and ultimately drive bookings; assist with surprise & delight opportunities to ensure fulfillment of offers on brand/hotel side
- Coordinate brand partnerships and promotions with the Director, Global Partnership Marketing
- Organize creative briefs and surveys, in partnership with Sr. Director, Loyalty Marketing and Insights
- Manage brand collateral: own collateral updates for brand and loyalty program, including revision and development of pieces based on hotelier collateral survey, as well as handling new requests for pieces that are submitted by partners; work with Alliance Partnerships team to build an inventory of swag for future events
- Oversee the extranet, PreferredNet, on behalf of the Marketing department: maintain content for Marketing and Loyalty pages on PreferredNet, including any revisions, deletions, and additions
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Undergraduate degree is required
- Hospitality or retail experience, ideally in a customer service setting
- Experience with using Excel
- Excellent writing and communication skills are a must
- Ability to manage time, be flexible, and juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Ability to work independently and well as with cross-functional teams
- Ability to plan, execute, and complete a wide-variety of projects in a timely manner
- Curiosity
- Active listening skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including a positive “team-player” attitude - within the department and outside
**WORKING CONDITIONS & LOCATION**
Work location is flexible. Newport Beach, New York, London, Singapore, Chicago are options for office locations.
