Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and bussers to ensure efficient service delivery. Propose staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimising overtime.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and providing personalised service.
- Service Standards: Maintain high service standards, adhering to restaurant SOPs.
- Shift Management: Oversee daily shift operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, including supplies, linens, and equipment, to minimise waste and optimise usage.
- Training and Development: Assist the manager in providing on-the-job training, coaching, and feedback to team members to improve performance and knowledge.
- Quality Control: Assist manager in conducting regular quality checks to ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments and balancing cash registers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales to management.
- Wine and Beverage Knowledge: Familiarise yourself with the wine and beer menus, including pairing suggestions and promotions.
- Marketing and Promotions: Support marketing and promotional activities, such as events, theme nights, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain Restaurant Appearance: Ensure the restaurant's appearance, including cleanliness, décor, and ambience, meets quality standards.

Pay: $2,700.00 - $2,800.00 per month
