As the Product Specialist of JCI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our course offerings. Your focus will be on creating value for our learners, ensuring the success of our course offerings, and driving growth for our organization.
**1. Product Strategy & Roadmap**:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the organization's strategic goals i.e. training courses & programs to be developed and launched
- Identify and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, learner feedback, and industry trends.
**2. Course Development & Launch**:
- Ensure that course content and delivery methods are in line with industry best practices.
- Manage the timely launch of new courses, ensuring they are synchronized with market demand and maintain a competitive edge.
**3. Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor offerings, and evolving learner needs.
- Analyze user feedback, user behavior, and data analytics to make data-driven decisions for product improvement.
**4. Learner-Centric Focus**:
- Advocate for the needs of our learners by conducting user interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions to gather insights and make improvements accordingly.
- Continuously assess learner satisfaction and retention to enhance the learning experience.
**5. Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations & admin to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvement efforts. This will include working closely with our parent company too.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and maintain strong partnerships.
**6. Performance Metrics**:
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and performance of our course offerings.
- Use data to drive decisions and adapt strategies as necessary.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in product management within the adult learning or EdTech industry
- Possess ACLP or DDDLP (or the equivalent) with a strong understanding of instructional design and e-learning methodologies
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical abilities. Advanced Excel or PowerBI skills preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- A passion for adult learning and a commitment to enhancing the educational experience for our learners
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
