Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in shaping and executing the company's marketing activities. The role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced technology startup and closely support senior leadership. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and delivering digital marketing strategies, improving brand awareness, setting up systematic performance tracking, and collaborating with the sales team to plan and implement effective campaigns.

This is a hands-on position where the selected candidate will serve as the main driver of marketing initiatives, ideal for an individual who thrives within a dynamic, early-stage environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and execution of overall digital marketing strategies.
  2. Manage and optimize website SEO, while improving content marketing initiatives.
  3. Maintain and update the company website using relevant tools (e.g. Webflow or equivalent).
  4. Develop engaging digital content in collaboration with technical staff and subject-matter experts.
  5. Manage social media platforms to ensure consistent and brand-aligned communication.
  6. Support and coordinate online and offline events, webinars, and workshops.
  7. Analyse campaign data to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  8. Introduce and test new marketing channels, campaigns, and initiatives.
  9. Establish processes to monitor and track marketing performance across channels.
Requirements

Core Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, a startup, or consulting.
  3. Strong knowledge and practical experience in SEO and optimization strategies.
  4. Familiarity with marketing tools such as analytics platforms, SEO software, and design tools.
  5. Ability to experiment with and evaluate different marketing approaches.
