Working Hour / Location : 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon - Fri) / REDHILL (walking distant from Redhill MRT)

Remunerations : Up to $4,200 + yearly increment + Variable Bonus + permanent staff benefit & perks

Responsibilities

  • Manage brand's local, and international SEO and SEM efforts using google and meta platform.
  • Preparing reports, performing digital marketing analytics, and sharing key insights with the team to develop optimisation plans, including managing platforms for outreach and possible international stockist on a monthly basis
  • To conducting market and consumer research and being abreast of emerging digital trends, tools and platforms and implement accordingly.
  • Involved in full spectrum digital ads management, including but not limited to, ad buy, conceptualising content, implementing effective campaigns, analysing data, and evaluating campaign performance based on the planned marketing calendar
  • Maintaining and regularly updating website and other digital company presence, and to improve overall client web UX and inventory management and evaluating sales performance online and in retail locations.
  • Implementing and improving e-commerce SOP and to recommend a improvement project on a quarterly basis
  • To coordinate with relevant parties and agencies to ensure consistency in marketing strategies across all channels.
  • Ad-hoc support to marketing and the relevant teams, including but not limited to events support, client relationship management, and retail operations.
  • Global luxury e-commerce operations and budget planning and review
  • To evaluate and improving ROAS and measure, assess, implement and optimise digital performance Metrics
  • Lead and collaborate with the company's digital agencies.
  • Having periodic visit to the Flagship to understand business marketing needs

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any equivalent discipline.
  • Min 2 to 3 years of digital marketing & e-commerce work experience from retail related industry.
  • Strong understanding of Shopifyand proven expertise in e-commerce.
  • Proficiency of social media platforms, and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.
  • Proven expertise in B2C social media, email campaigns and SEO/SEM. (Mailchimp preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An eye for luxury branding, and a keen understanding of its nuances.
  • The ability to prioritise work, and complete tasks diligently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft office
  • Experience and interest in video production and/or video editing tools such as iMovie, Premiere Pro etc.
