Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise omni-channel digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM/PPC, email, social media, video, and marketing automation platforms to support RMG's healthcare services and brand growth.
  • Leverage AI and data analytics tools to automate content creation, personalise patient engagement, and optimise campaign performance in real time.
  • Conceptualise and create engaging content for RMG's digital assets including corporate website, patient portals, emailers/newsletters, digital panels, and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with healthcare communication standards.
  • Collaborate with influencers, creators, and patient advocates to drive brand awareness and trust in the healthcare sector.
  • Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies to enhance discoverability of RMG's healthcare services, and maintain strong online reputation management.
  • Analyse digital campaign performance through analytics tools, prepare KPI reports, and recommend actionable improvements to enhance patient acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor and evaluate digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and patient behaviour insights to inform strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., PDPA, GDPR) and uphold ethical standards in all digital communications.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Medical, Operations, Corporate Communications) and external partners to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Assist in project management, preparing briefs, timelines, and progress reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A proactive self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, E-commerce, or service-based industries.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Management (SMM), email marketing, content strategy, and campaign analytics.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, Google Analytics (GA4), and major social/marketing platforms.
  • Experience in influencer/creator collaborations, user-generated content, and community building.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Sound understanding of data privacy laws, particularly in healthcare contexts.
  • Ability to create digital designs, visuals, or multimedia content is a plus.
