Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a principal point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing clients
  • Coordinate with technical teams to meet service expectations
  • Understand client's needs and recommend suitable IT products and services
  • Guide clients through onboarding to company's services: setting expectations, SLAs, support channels, and escalation procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge in IT services and solutions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
