About the role

Monigiri Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Project Executive to join our growing team in the Upper Paya Lebar North-East Region. As a full-time Project Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects. Your strategic mindset and strong organisational skills will be essential in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with project stakeholders to define and execute project plans
  2. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team and management
  3. Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing appropriate contingency measures
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
  5. Facilitate effective communication and coordination between various teams and departments
  6. Provide support and guidance to junior team members, contributing to their professional development
  7. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including budgets, timelines and status reports

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar project management role within the construction industry
  2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
  3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  5. Proficient in the use of project management software and MS Office suite
  6. Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
  7. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
