Job Description
Reporting to Project Manager, Project Engineer role involves execution of awarded projects to successfully complete and fulfil the deliverables within given budgets and timelines.

Project Engineer
**Job Description**:
Reporting to Project Manager, Project Engineer role involves execution of awarded projects to successfully complete and fulfil the deliverables within given budgets and timelines. Main scope
- Go through all Project Documents, Contents, Requirements, Schedule, etc.
- Identify various Date Line & Milestones.
- Prepare project schedule & execution plan.
- Prepare all documents submission (Eg. Vendor Print, Drawings, etc.) and coordinating with the client on all project requirements except commercial issues which will be handled by Sales Team.
- Liaise with the selected Vendors/Suppliers (confirmed by Sales Team) in terms of System Design, Technical Issues, Documentation (Eg. Test Certificate, FAT & SAT Procedure etc), Delivery Schedule etc.
- Source, evaluate and confirm contract workers if required.
- Project Site visit and coordinating all require activities on site. Identify Key Personnel on site and work with them closely.
- Plan & prepare project site’s activities.
- Prepare, plan, coordinate with Vendors/Suppliers/Client and execution of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
- Prepare shipping documents (Packing List, Shipping Mark, Commercial Invoice, etc) and coordinate with shipper and client on the delivery of Systems to site.
- Prepare progress claim for Sales Team if require or coordinate with Account’s Department for invoicing.
- Follow up and ensure that Equipment are delivered to site and accepted by Client. Prepare Delivery Certificate for client to sign so as to endorse they have receive and accepted the delivered Equipment.
- Be presence in the Project’s site to support & coordinate with client on the installation and engineering of the Systems. Plan schedule according to site situation and access manpower requirement.
- Anticipate problem if there is any and formalize contingency plan. Advise sales to quote and obtain Variation Order from client if there is any opportunity.
- Prepare, plan, coordinate with Vendors/Suppliers/Client and execution of Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
- Prepare and clearing of all Punch List.
- Prepare System Hand Over document and get client to endorse.
- Concurrently prepare Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manual with all necessary documents.
- Submission of O&M Manual and coordinate with Account Department for Final Invoice.
- Obtain Completion Certificate from client and prepare the handing over of completed project to “Maintenance Team”
- Follow with client on collection of Retention Sum at appropriate time if there is any.
- Completion of project - Reorganize, compile and proper filing of all project’s documents
- Proven capability in leading projects
